Fast Fwd Future ("we," "us") provides front desk, call answering, appointment booking and Google presence services to roofing and home-service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through fastfwdfuture.com, our phone lines and our forms, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address, website and anything you tell us in a form, chat, call or text. Information from calls and chats: recordings, transcripts and messages, so we can deliver and improve the service. Basic website data: pages visited and device information, collected with cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

To answer your questions, place calls you request, book appointments, provide and support our services, send service and account messages, follow up about the services you asked about, process payments and meet legal obligations.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number and consent, we may call or text you about the services you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

Who we share information with

Service providers that help us run the business (for example phone, messaging, hosting, scheduling and payment processors), only as needed to provide the service; and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by texting or calling (808) 315-6783. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
