Terms of Service

These terms cover the services Fast Fwd Future ("we," "us") provides to your business ("you"). By starting a pilot or subscription you agree to them.

Services

24/7 Front Desk: a virtual front desk assistant that answers calls, texts and web leads for your business and books appointments on your calendar. It is an automated assistant, not a person, and tells callers so when asked. Google Presence: management of your Google business profile, posts, photos, reviews and website assistant.

Founding Pilot

The Front Desk Founding Pilot costs $1 and runs for two weeks from the day your Front Desk goes live. After the pilot, service continues month to month on the plan you choose (Get Found $297/month or Growth Engine $497/month) unless you tell us to stop before the pilot ends.

Billing and cancellation

Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. There is no long-term contract: you can cancel any time and service stops at the end of the current paid month. Growth Engine includes 300 voice minutes per month; additional minutes are billed per minute.

Guarantee

If the Front Desk does not book at least one inspection in your first 30 days, your first paid month is free. The 30 days start the day your Front Desk goes live, pilot included.

Text messaging

Texting requires carrier registration of your business number, which usually takes 1–3 weeks; calls and web chat work from day one. You are responsible for having consent to text your own customers. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate business information (services, service area, hours, pricing policies) and keep it current. You are responsible for the jobs, quotes and promises your business makes to its customers.

No guarantee of results

Apart from the guarantee above, we don't promise any specific number of calls, leads, jobs or revenue. The service depends on calls and inquiries your business receives.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
